It came to that point people started making jokes about Aadhaar card should be linked to your Cable connections, Facebook Account, Twitter Account, and Youtube Account. I am not sure if there is any truth of that but I am sure Aadhaar linking with Social Media account may happen in 2018.

There is a very good chance of that to regular and make people responsible for what they post on Social Media.

Anyway, December brings a bit of good news for all those people who have not linked their Bank accounts with Aadhaar Card.

The government provided relief that Aadhaar to Bank Accounts linking 31st December deadline will be extended up to 31st March but only for those people who don't have Aadhaar card. In short, today is the last date to link your Aadhaar card with your bank account if you have Aadhaar Number and haven't linked to your all bank accounts.
